Gopher Productions Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase and our returns policy is simple: If you are not happy with your
purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be unopened and accompanied by the original receipt. Please include a short
note stating why the item is being returned. If your order arrives damaged or is defective,
please return it right away so we can send you a replacement.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a courier service or
insured parcel post for shipment.
Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund
return shipping charges.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner as payment was made. For example,
if you charged your purchase to MasterCard, then your MasterCard will be
credited.
Gopher Productions will make every effort to process your refund quickly
and you will be notified of your refund by email.
