Alone Together is the result of a collaboration between vocalist Mark Osbaldeston and pianist/composer Robert Jennings. The CD title refers to the haunting Howard Dietz/Arthur Schwartz ballad featured in the 1932 Broadway musical Flying Colors.

The title also reflects the nature of the recording itself: just piano and vocals, alone together. There's a kind of simplicity to this mix that lends the right intimacy to these great compositions.

Many of the 20 songs on 16 tracks will be familiar. Some will not be. Either way, we hope you will find something new in each of them.
